At an early-stage firm, there's no bench to hide on. Every hire works directly on client engagements, with direct exposure to how SAP implementation, AMS, BTP, and SAP Business AI come together — not siloed into one narrow track.

S/4HANA implementation experience across FI/CO, MM, SD, or related modules, ideally with RISE with SAP exposure.
Post-go-live support experience, comfortable owning L1–L3 tickets and driving continuous system improvement.
Hands-on with Integration Suite, extension development, and building side-by-side apps that keep the core clean.
Experience with Joule, embedded ML, or SAP AI Core — able to turn SAP data into working intelligence.
Applied AI and generative AI experience outside the SAP stack — copilots, automation, and applied ML.
Process and change management experience, able to connect technology delivery to measurable business outcomes.
